I don't know how but the BIOS of my Matrox Millenium G400 AGP SH 16MB got erased. Okay, it is an oldy (1999) but I got it in a near-perfect game-setup together with an ASUS P3B-F and PIII-500mhz, for older games. I was able to restore the BIOS witn a special repair-disk, but the image is still a blur. Someone told me that the PINS are not ok. I don't have a pins.txt file. Can anybody send me PINS for my grafix-card?
I just ran into the same problem today and found this post. After a little tinkering I was able to figure it out. Log on as the administrator, Right click my computer, explore, navigate to "C:/Program Files/ATI Multimedia", right click the ATI Multimedia folder, properties, select the security tab, select the group your account belongs too (mine was users), select allow full control. Enjoy your tv!
