They come with the OpenGL implementation. This is either with
your graphics card drivers (nVidia has IMHO excellent ones), if
the vendor provides them for Linux. Or you fall back to a SW
Implementation (of course not HW accelerated then), being Mesa3D
the de facto standard in the Linux world.
