 I have freshly built a computer using this mobo. When I connect the power,
the LED header lights up without even plugging in to the outlet.

And it stays on when I shut off.

Anyone know if this is normal?

 Not normal,if pluged into outlet you'd have an open source thru the switch,
or the board,if not pluged in,then narrow it down to the board.Are you sure
youve pluged into the right terminals,carefully­ chk the manual.
