I am trying to use the logitech video effects for notebooks pro with my
notebooks deluxe. I installed in many way the uptodate drivers :
DriverVer=12/05/2005, 9.5.0.1098
all the .sys and all the .dll in system32 directory
But it doesn't work!!
All the new drivers are accepted. I tried to add some codes about the deluxe
identification reference (
%PID_08A9_DD%=PID_08A9,USB\VID_046D&PID_08A9&MI_00 ; Harrison, Logitech
QuickCam for Notebooks Deluxe) in the lvPRO3v.inf, lvPRO3c.inf, lvPRO3s.inf
files. I add lines as for the Pro code :"PID_08C3".
But you know i 'm not a drivers developper!
At the end, the video effects program is present in directory but it doesn't
appear in the "quick assistant". The all system is working fine but without
the "video effects".
Would someone take the job ?
Would someone have ever do that kind of drivers' customization ?

Other identification is: SUP 2480.ISAPNP.
This modem is installed in an older computer with Windows 98 SE as OS.
I allready spent a lot of time looking, including on Diamond's website
with no luck.
I also tried to access their FTP site but cannot log on to it.
Anonymous and E-mail address do not work as user and password.
Please help if possible. Thanks Sieb.

BUSLINK DVD Burner. The model: Buslink UII-DVRW28R Burner (Ricoh DVD+RW RW
5125). This is an External Burner.

| | Hi everyone, I do bulk scanning of about 100 images a day using a USB
scanner. My PC has an Asus A7N8X motherboard and I am running XP SP1.
I sometimes get errors when scanning and I have been told by Epson that I
need to install the correct USB drivers for the USB ports. At the moment, I
have the USB port descriptions showing Standard Enhanced on the device
manager. I'm not sure what brand of ports are mounted on the motherboard but
I've been trying for days now to install the right drivers but no luck. I
can't shift the "standard" drivers.
Can anyone tell me
a) where I can find the right drivers for my motherboard USB ports
b) How I correctly install these.

I am searching for WIN98 drivers for external USB DVD.
I have searched everything over the net and I can't find it.
Of course, XP recognises them automaticly, but for WIN98 I need
drivers to install manualy.
Device in question is;
SAMUNSG DVD-ROM SD-616Q
he is inside USB 2.0 external box.
Name of the BOX is IEEE1394 (combo portable hard disk box enclosure).
I am confused, do I need drivers for IEEE1394 or for Samsung DVD then?
If some has similuar device or CD with drivers for that device for
WIN98SE please can you send me over the email?
Or if you know some link where I can download it?
So I am searching for help about this issue.
