I am looking for drivers for the RTL 8092 SA card (network-card) for Windows
95 (I know, just don't say it).
Can't seem to find it on an any mayor driver sites and Realtek's website
isn't being very helpfull either. Would be nice if anyone could help me find
it.
So the RTL 8092. _Not _ 8029, because that one is to be found everywhere.

that was delivered with the machine is compatible with Windows 98, Windows
Me and Windows 2000 only. When upgrading to Windows XP, the CD is not
accepted and the scanner function in my V40 does not work!
Any hint of where I can find a software update to get online again?

I've spent evenings looking for these drivers. It's an old motherboard
running Win98 on an AMD chip.
USB drivers for Chaintech 7AJA2 with Via Apollo KT133A chip set.
I'm nearly pulling my hair out with all the sites that offer "free
drivers" - as long as you pay an annual subscription to the site! Of
course, you don't find that out till you have input all your details. Well,
I know they're offering a service, but hells bells, I'm just trying to
recover my old PC from a crash. The service would be worthwhile if I was
doing it for profit, but I don't want to pay $25 or $30 to fix a PC that's
barely worth that.
Can anybody help? I'd really appreciate it. At the moment, under Control
Panel/System/Device Manager, I don't see any hint of USB. I went out
looking for drivers and got the USB showing, but the two devices (ports)
didn't have drivers, so I decided to pull them all out. Every time it tried
to find a driver on the CD, it actually found one in a hidden directory on
the C: drive (C:\Windows\INF). I CD'd to it under DOS and removed USB.inf
because I thought (still do) that it must be wrong, but Windows doesn't
detect any driver for the PCI Universal Serial Bus on my driver CD's. I'm
going crazy.
