PC DVD burning Problem? help .....

....I purchased a new pc in april of 05 and after a few weeks started
to burn dvds on it. Commercial DVDs of rented movies ect. My first
batch was problem free and was able to burn them complete with menus
and such.

But that soon gave way to the discs being spit out. ( I was using
4x/8x RITEK DVD R ) I figured out later that either using a memorex 2x
dvd rw or just buring the main movie helped to get a succesful burn.
This problem has not happened when buring basic discs i have authored
or cds.

Im using NERO 6.6 to shrink and burning the movies off my HD using
DVD fab Decrypter.
I have a sony vaio desktop with a samsung dvd rom 616E. and a sony
DVD RW D 22 A.

Do i need to switch discs? Im currently using Taio Yuden 4 x dvdrs
and they have been spit out too.
Driver update???

I hope someone can give me some pointers, thanks in advance.
